Tipster Competition Rules

Sports Trading is all about trading fair. Please abide by the following code of conduct. Respect the rules, respect other tipsters and play fair. Tipsters who decide to ignore these rules will receive punishments deemed appropriate by the @sportsprediction.

General Rules

*1.1. All content and comments posted on @sportsprediction are expected to contain polite language. Please respect your fellow tipsters and refrain from using abusive, racist, sexist, homophobic language or any other forms of discrimination. We also ask tipsters to avoid using any intentionally provocative content e.g. extreme political views. Sportprediction is for everyone regardless of who they are, where they come from or what they believe in.

*1.2. One tipster account per person.

1.3. All new tipsters must enter a trial stage (rookie) whereby they must prove they are capable of posting tips correctly before they are promoted to level two verified status and allowed to compete for bigger prizes and curation pool in the monthly competition.
1.4. Tipsters with the highest tip in the rookie board will be promoted to level 2 (main board competition at the end of every month.
1.5. When you drop your tip @sportsprediction will upvote eligible tips before the event will be listed on on tipping board. winner prize for the first time, we will require you to create an account with and also contact @sportsprediction on telegram @ https://t.me/sportsprediction with your deposit bitcoin or Litecoin address details in order to send you your money. . The reason for this is that the fluctuation of the price of Crypto market will result in fluctuation of the $ value. paying out prizes is within 1st to the 10th of newmonth. If you don't send what is asked of you in time, you cannot be paid

Technical Rules

2.1. Tipsters are required to post a minimum of one (1) tips daily and Tipsters Board will be closed to Tipsters who hasn't featured for for.consecutively in order to qualify for competition prizes and upvote curation reward.
2.2. All tips posted on @sportsprediction must be exclusive to @sportsprediction and Analyses accompanying tips must be unique and demonstrate enough value and insight to support that particular tip. Analyses must be exclusive to one tip only. Repeating or copying any part of an analysis from other tips or from other sites is not permitted, even if these websites are owned by the tipster.
2.3. Copying other people's work and posting it on @sportsprediction under your own name, intentionally exploiting bugs or trying, in any other way, to gain an unfair advantage over other tipsters is absolutely not acceptable. Tips are checked and those caught cheating or bending the rules will be strongly punished. Conversely, honesty and respect for the integrity of @sportsprediction is praised and often rewarded.
2.4. Tip analysis should contain in this format example :

1st JULY 2017 STARTS BY 06:00 AM and ENDS @ 09.00AM CAT TIME

2.5. Any tip analysis must be relevant to that specific match. Any analysis which does not support its tip will result in it being voided.
2.6. Analyses should contain well articulated language. The use of software to translate whole paragraphs or sections is not allowed. Please use the appropriate language site if you are unable to write coherently and to an acceptable level in English.
2.7. The minimum Odd of the picks is 1.30 units (Odd) and above.
2.8. Once a tip is posted and is chosen, this can only be modified if the tipsters Board is still Open.
2.9. In the event of disputes over tips, the 1st tip with Upvote from @sportsprediction is the valid tip. Always make sure your tip description correctly explains your tip.
2.10. When the settlements of tips are resolved, the final decision is based on upvote from @sportsprediction. if the bet is voided by the bookmaker then the tip at @sportsprediction is also voided.
2.11. Tips must not be posted later than 6 Hours before the board is scheduled to close (End).
2.12. Tips on games (event) to be to be posted must be played with 24 hours or 12 hours after posting the event.

3. Sport Specific Rules

3.1. Only sports and market option listed on http://www.planetofbets.com/?ref_id=499771 is allowed
*3.2. All valid entry will be staked and the games posted and updated Daily

4. Disputes

4.1. When @sportsprediction administrators correct mistakes in tips that breach the rules listed above, they will remove any tips that would have resulted in profit for the tipster. However, any incorrect tips that lead to a loss to the tipster will result to point reduction and the tipster would observe one day break and will be allowed to continue posting tips after the break.
4.2. Occasional mistakes by tipsters will not result in punishment however repeated cases of the same mistake can result in punishment (downVote) if @sportsprediction deems the tipster is trying to achieve an unfair advantage over other tipsters.
4.3. @sportsprediction reserves the right to reward or punish tipsters where they see fit. Explanations will always be given when it operates outside the normal competition rules.
4.4. Punishments include voiding/flagging or DownVoting, warnings about conduct, temporary bans and in certain circumstances permanent blocking. The extent of a punishment is determined by the severity of the offence and if the tipster is a repeat offender. Cases are judged on individual merit and decisions made by steemit community and @sportsprediction and are final and should be respected.
4.5. For any other issues or doubts which have no clear guidelines in the above terms and conditions will be dealt with at the discretion of the @sportsprediction administration.
1. Payments
5.1 All payments and curation on @sportsprediction need to be well controlled. We need to make sure that we are giving prize to the right users. Therefore, if you are among the prize winners, we will ask you via our telegram https://t.me/sportsprediction to give us some personal data . It's the usual simple personal information that we need from you:

5.2 There are some deadlines regarding the payment process. From the 1st of the month, all winners will get contacted by admins. Then, you have until the 9th (23.59 CAT) to submit the formular with your data. Any data given after this deadline will not be accepted and therefore the payment will not be possible. The prize will be spilled to second runner up. All payments are done from the 1st to the 10th every month.
5.3 All payments are made via Bitcoin addresses, litecoin, SBD and Steem only. There is no option for a tipster to be paid in another way.
5.4 It is the winner’s own responsibility to report the winning amount to the tax authorities in their own country (Optional). The reporting of the prize to your country's tax authorities and the taxable amount may vary from country to country.
