For me, although Ramsey has been in and out of consistency, I still wouldn't want to see him leave, he's some kinda guy that could just always surprise you. I don't think he'd leave, not when he's finally getting to the stage where he could captain the team. Maybe he feels threatened in the squad already. Anyways, Transfer Deadline is just 10 days away.
For Yerry Mina, United look an unlikely destination as Everton and Barcelona seem to have built a relationship over the years and they are in advanced talks over the deal. First it was Gerard Deloufeu, then Lucas Digne, perhaps, Mina would just be the icing.
Would have loved to see Nzonzi at Arsenal as I've admired his game since joining Sevilla, the kinda steel we need in midfield but age doesn't seem on his side and we've got Torreira, another Marco Veratti in the making. Gendouzi has been impressive too, so, maybe not.

I agree on your views towards Ramsey sometimes he surprise you and sometimes he looks not so sharp! but i only thought Ramsey could join Chelsea because the new blues boss is in mood to sell two midfielders before this transfer window ends Bakayoko and Drinkwater certainly with finance coming from those players he would sign someone and Ramsey is in rumors that's why i put his name on this list!
but like i said in post only deadline would decide where Ramsey would end up, lets see.
About Nzonzi, Even I would have love to see him in Premier League as he is very perfect on midfield. The deal with Roma is still not finalized lets see where he would be by the end of this transfer window.
