Taking a guess who the World's richest footballer/soccer player is; your first and second or many third names would be Lionel Messi of Argentina(Barcelona FC) or CR7 of Portugal(Real Madrid FC). Some might even mention names like David Beckham of England; the Now Super Model. I wouldn't blame anyone who chooses any of the individual above because this guys are household names in the Soccer World, they all have made mouth watering fortune from their illustrious careers on and off the football pitch i.e from Endorsement/huge commercial contracts.
But it would amaze you all that none of these guys actually worth the wealth of a 19 years old Leicester City FC of England reserve team player!

The Richest Footballer/Soccer player is Bruneian international's Prince Faiq ibni Jefri Bolkiah, a 19 years old Winger, the skipper of Brunei National Team; who plays from the flanks(Mid-Field) in the English Reserve team and he is worth a whooping $20 Billion USD (£14 Billion) in Net Worth.

Faiq is the Nephew of Hassanal Bolkiah the Sultan of Brunei, this explains the source of his wealth even though footballers are known for making ship loads of money and Faiq is yet to get to that level of earning an unfairly amount of money being paid to Footballers on weekly basis.
A talented Winger born in LA, the royal footballer had been playing in England for quite some time since his childhood, at a very much younger age he had played for AFC Newbury, in the year 2009; Southampton FC listed him in it's academy and Arsenal FC also offered him a trial in 2013. His riches is inherited. It wasn't earn on the pitch unlike the other two. But it is still riches either earn or inherited.
