Whats up brother? Just been busy taking care of business at home. I have not really been working out as much. I am eating better and since the last time I was on I have lost around 10 pounds. How are you doing?
Ahh yep, same old same old for me, although I haven't been to the gym much lately myself. Been struggling this winter.
Good stuff losing the weight, I have put on about 10 pounds lol
