Athlete's who have suffered severe injuries that require reconstructive surgery: MAKE SURE YOU START SLOW AND TAKE IT STEP BY STEP! When I say step by step I mean that literally. You must teach your body to move the same way it did before the injury. The more you push in an unnatural matter the further you will get from your natural movement. Take this from a high caliber athlete that was once prideful and stubborn. You must go with the flow, push when you feel that new level of ROM (Range of movement) come, then repeat until you reach your goal.... Then keep going! There are no limits! Your mind is your only limit. Open that bitch up!
