RE: Lebron James - The MVP - Game 7 NBA Eastern Conference Finals 2018

in #sports6 years ago

Lebron's too dominant. But there's only so much one can do. Against lesser teams in the early stages, he could do with minimal help, but against 4 All-Stars in Warriors, the task becomes insurmountable.

He could team up with Paul George in the off-season, but whether its in LA or Cleveland, remains to be seen. Or he could end up in Houston (this scenario seems rather far-fetched though).

Given he probably only has a few more years (2?) left in the tank, in his shoes, I'll go for glory - winning. Wouldn't you @ross-early?

Sort:

A report was released yesterday that he will be going to the Lakers and hopes to team up with Paul George. Supposedly four sources in the entertainment business believe this is the case because his team is already making moves behind the scenes to further his business ventures.

The thought is that Lebron isn't as concerned with winning anymore and is more focused on his family and life after basketball. Los Angeles is a city that will provide him endless business opportunities that he can pursue long after he is done playing.

We will know if winning is still the most important thing once he chooses where he is going to play. I definitely see him leaving Cleveland so it's just a matter of where he wants to take his talent. I also think he has two years of dominate basketball left in him. It will be an exciting free agency this summer for sure.

Free agency will be more exciting than the Finals, for sure! @ross-early you have a valid point. His post-NBA career would be also a major factor.

But no matter where Lebron chooses to ply his trade, life still goes on for us. Hahahha cheers!
