How Good Is Deontay Wilder? The Unbeaten KO Artist Could Well Be The Best Big Man On The Scene Today.
The Bronze Bomber
I think most boxing fans will agree that reigning WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder is one of the most powerful and exciting heavyweights to come out of America for some time. He is a determined soul, but have suffered a bad hand injury from his last bout with Chris Arreola last Summer, can he come back to beat some of the best in the division that await him?
The past, the future
The $64,000 question we don't know yet is: how good is this guy? His unbeated record has not yet come against the deeper class of boxer in the division like Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
Fury's dethroning of Klitschko was a masterplan of brilliance as he dodged and weaved his way to victory. Klitschko was confused by this, and as a result lost his crown. Surely the winner of the Klitsschko Vs. Joshua fight next month in the UK will be calling out Wilder's name immediately.
Sometimes I wonder how Wilder would have done against some of the older heavyweight boxers. One of my favourite was the "foul Pole" Golota who was even more unpredictable than Tyson Fury and had a chin like granite. Golota would test "The Bronze Bomber" to his limits and beyond - there is no doubt about that.
Most agree that any classy heavyweight has an excellent chance against Wilder, as he is mostly untested when taken to a different level, and many of his classy opponents will not be feeling scared right now. Only time will tell if they were wrong, and those gloves are truly weighted with explosive bombs beyond anyones control.

Big dude with some serious skill causing future traumatic brain injury when he hits you and makes your head snap back. At six foot seven this guy is fast and has some serious power and talent.
I can't wait to see him fight Tyson Fury, as they are of a similar build and height. The era of the super-heavyweight is indeed here!
