I do ceverval freestyle tricks. these for example video My favorite trick is jumpin ON a bar and do a 180 switch on the bar.. edit: Lets say I can do the basics: pull ups chin ups push ups leg raises. One arm push up, My muscle ups looked pretty clean. But I know it was motion/swing. Have a nice day. Peace

noo I wish. But a human flag is my goal. Year ago I was able to do it but not complete horizontal.

Try push up against a three or a kitchenboard. Legraises you can do on the ground. Step by step Mr Uwelang. Peace
