NBA Draft 2017:

When I think about NBA Drafts of the past, I'm not particularly fascinated by storylines surrounding LeBron James going No. 1, Kevin Durant going No. 2 or James Harden going No. 3. Draft in 2003

The 2003 draft is known for having one of the most talented draft pools in draft history. Four of the top five picks are NBA All-Stars and "Redeem Team" Olympic Gold Medalists: Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade, and LeBron James.
The best draft stories are guys who slipped past dozens of teams and ended up landing in the perfect spot -- taken way lower than their future NBA success would indicate. Don't talk to me about Anthony Davis at No. 1. pick He's become one of the NBA elite players,

Talk to me about the steals.
Like Stephen Curry at No. 7
Kawhi Leonard at No. 15
Rudy Gobert at No 27
Jimmy Butler at No. 30.
Hassan Whiteside at No 33
Draymond Green at No. 35
Isaiah Thomas at No 60

We always talk about how NBA teams need superstars to go far in the playoffs and to win titles. But you don't always have to have the No. 1 pick to land a superstar.

Here are the biggest potential steals in the 2017 NBA Draft.

Luke Kennard, SG, Duke
Josh Hart, SG, Villanova
Frank Mason, PG, Kansas
Cameron Oliver, PF, Nevada
Caleb Swanigan, PF, Purdue
Jonathan Isaac, SF, Florida State
Jawun Evans, PG, Oklahoma State
Luke Kornet, C, Vanderbilt
Alec Peters, PF, Valparaiso

We will have to wait until the 2017 season to begin to actually see their potential.th.jpg

Who do you think will be the WINNER or LOSER in this year 2017 NBA Draft?

Sort:

This draft is very rich with talent - I think some real interesting picks to note are 3 Franks:

Frank Jackson, Duke, PG
Frank Mason, Kansas, PG
and not much of a sleeper, but: Frank Ntilikina, France, PG

Ntilikina is projected to go anywhere between 7-10, but when you think of the talent out of France: Tony Parker, Boris Diaw, Nick Batum, Rudy Gobert... his projection's become less of a mystery. Though it will be hard for teams to pass up on Malik Monk or Dennis Smith - Ntilikina might end up being the best of the 3.

Looking forward to this NBA draft tonight there going to be a lot of young millionaires it's going to be interesting how they fit in with their new teams Hopefully, these top draft choices can't lift up their NBA franchise
