These 2 teams were really bad on Week 1, specially when it comes to offensive line play. The Texans couldn't handle the Jaguars DL, allowing 10 sacks, and had trouble all game long. Deshaun Watson came into the game at halftime and led them to a score (with a lot of help from Jaguars penalties), but didn't get to do much after that. The Bengals had their own trouble against the Ravens D, and they clearly miss Andrew Whitworth. Andy Dalton threw 4 interceptions as a result. It won't get easier for them facing JJ Watt and Jadeveon Clowney.

The last 4 meetings, and 7 of the last 10, have gone Under. I trust these teams defenses, but I totally distrust their offenses, which leads me to believe Under is the best play for today.
