Former Liverpool midfielder Manchester United appreciated Arsenal's ability to beat Manchester City to win the England League Cup on 25 February.

England's first major trophy this season will be the hosts after the final of Arsenal and Manchester City. The Manchester United side are highly valued for their impressive performance this season, but Jamie Redknapp is backing Wenger.

"The failure of the previous Ostersunds could have benefited Arsenal, with many considering them to be less than City, but this team has a habit of bewildering at the most overlooked moments," Redknapp commented on Sky. Sports.

"This is how they beat both Chelsea and Manchester City on their way to winning the FA Cup last season, and now there is a sense that Arsenal have nothing left to lose. "Wenger has been talking about the Champions League for a while, but in fact Arsenal are becoming a cup team."

Arsenal are sixth in the Premiership, less than Chelsea's fourth to eight points. The opportunity to win in the top four is far away and Arsenal are forced to win the Europa League if they want to be in the Champions League next season. However, they encountered a major obstacle in the eighth round is Milan.

League Cup titles have become a realistic target for Arsenal. They can secure a place in the Europa League and have strong morale for the rest of the season if they pass City.
Wenger will be the eighth manager in the history of every title in England. The previous seven were Sir Alex Ferguson, George Graham, Joe Mercer, Jose Mourinho, Don Revie, Bill Nicholson and Kenny Dalglish. And if Wenger fails, no one takes away the respect of a master teacher in England.

You are right, this Arsenal team is capable of springing up surprises when least expected. It would be a big upset if they overcame mancity.

I'm fan of Ars,I hope the Gunner win :D
