Full body blast

Life can be busy, and fitting in a 45 minute workout at the gym can be hard to manage. I’ve devised a simple full body workout for you, which can be performed anywhere, no equipment needed. Remember, a little bit of exercise is better than nothing, so jump of that sofa & get moving! 

- Lunge jump – x10 each leg 

- Squats – x10 

- Donkey kicks – x12 each keg 

- Repeat 3-5 times, dependent on fitness levels. 


45 second rest between repetitions, after all 3 exercises. 

- Reverse crunch – x12 

- Single side reverse crunch – x8-10 each side 

- Mountain climbers – x25 


Repeat 3-5 times, dependent on fitness levels. 45 second rest between repetitions, after all 3 exercises. 

- Press up’s – x8-10 (use variation suitable for your fitness levels) 

- Plank – hold 30-60 seconds 

- Back extension – x10-12 


Repeat 4 times. 45 seconds rest between repetitions, after all 3 exercises. 

And there we have it, a simple workout that you can perform anywhere. Remember to warm up & cool down including stretches, a lot of people (including myself) forget to stretch but it’s a vital aspect to keeping your body fit and supple as well as lowering the risk of injury.
