Yes I followed this case and I have an idea that the Ottawa Fury have requested the intervention of the Court of Arbitration of Sport in the conflict which opposes it to the CONCACAF which wants to prevent Ottawa from playing in USL the year next in order to see the Fury join the Canadian Premier League, which will take off in 2019.

It does not suit the Fury who has already announced his intention to continue his adventure in USL and not to join the new Canadian league. The club, however, would not oppose joining the league in the future when it is well established.

Fury FC is unable to contract out players or sell tickets because of the uncertainty surrounding the future of the team.
