Observations of a non assiduous viewer of the Olympics 2016

He started the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro 2016 ... and after almost a week past here I have put my observations on how a viewer not as assiduous of the biggest sporting event of the moment.

The opening was beautiful, full of technological spectacle, Brazilian music at its best (I love samba, like most Brazilians), the duo Zeca Pagodinho and Marcelo D2 singing the hit "Vida leva eu". Not to mention Paulinho da Viola singing and playing Brazilian anthem and Jorge Ben Jor with that famous refrain: "Moro, em um país tropical, abençoado por Deus e bonito por natureza". Gizelle Budchen parading and Santos Dumond flying with 14 bis, was a sideshow.

My wish is that these Olympic games remain and stay in our image this spell, regardless of the outcome in sports in each country, including my Brazil.

Despite all the problems we face here in the economy, with millions unemployed, economic crisis, inflation in the highest, every day policy proving inefficient, insecurity growing at an alarming rate and the giant predator state that we have, that this spectacle is rather a success and bring a joy, even if momentary my people.
