Every day you'll probably get a lot of subtle reminders why sports are good for your health and your body. Facebook, twitter and Instagram are full of people promoting a healthy lifestyle that includes sixpacks and wel toned muscles. But lets put those health benefits aside and lets examine what other benefits sports can have!

Does anyone remember that silent kid in class who always got picked last? Or even maybe you were that kid. Imagine that instead of being picked last and failing at football the P.E. teacher gives an wrestling or skateboarding exercise and you excel! Knowing that you are capable of doing great things with your body is one of the best feelings in the world! What a confidence boost that could be ! You might even end up enjoying playing with classmates and they might become your..

Friends! Playing footbal, dancing or even simple walking is a good way to combine spending quality time with friends and working out! For the male athlete there is even an extra benefit: communication! Every woman knows these complaints, that men dont communicate wel about their feelings. If you want to get in toutch with your husband, boyfriend or friend try working out. Studies prove that men open up more in a conversation if they've got something to distract them! So ladies, use this wisely!
