I'm a fan of Team Blue ... Chelsea. And I totally disagree with what Italian Technician Antonio Conte is doing.

Conte leads the team since last season 2016/2017 and in my opinion I take the team with an excellent performance; the team was very united thanks to the dismissal of Jose Mourinho. With the happened several events that resulted in the departure of many players and frustration between them. With the dismissal of Jose, the team took a breath and won many important matches taking us to the last premier league.

Currently with Conte we have seen how our team has no way to compete with the other great teams like Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham, among others ...

Many players have stopped being called as David Luiz and there are even players who left the team very badly as Diego Costa, a player that we know had a temperament rather difficult to control, but that fought to the end for each ball.

We currently have two great strikers Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud. It is sad to see these great players on the bench and even more sad is to see Eden Hazard as a false forward. I still do not understand why they keep buying midfield players, is not enough with Fabregas, Kante, Bakayoko, Moses and Marcos Alonso? then they bring Ross Barkley and Drinkwater. As I said before, they stop calling David Luiz and start with Andreas Christensen. Cahil who was the fixed captain also lost the ownership.

I do not see motivated players, except Eden Hazard and William are the only ones we always see with a very different attitude. We have players of great importance, natural sides and good defenders like Marcos Alonso or Azpilicueta. That unfortunately they are ceasing to have continuity and when the coach calls them they do not play 100%.

We need a technician who complements the players and is responsible for leveling them up, as well as Mauricio Pochettino or Diego Simeone. Technicians that do not need to change the entire squad of players to win seasons like Guardiola does.

I, like many fans of this team, want to see again the Chelsea League, Cup and Champions League.
