TIPS PARA HACER DEPORTE DE BUENA MANERA

A la hora de realizar algún deporte u ejercicios debemos estar totalmente concentrados en nuestras posiciones y estado de salud, por lo tanto te dejo estas recomendaciones para evitarte muchos errores y lesiones . Empecemos!!

  • Calienta muy bien antes de empezar a ejercitarte. Yo siempre recomiendo trotar entre 5 y 10 minutos para fortalecer y calentar bien los músculos.
  • Asegúrate que tus posiciones estén bien. De esta manera no sufrirás lesiones musculares.
  • Toma agua cada cierto tiempo para hidratar el cuerpo.
  • No hiperventiles, lo único que lograras sera un dolor de estomago.
  • No te sobreesfuerces, con el tiempo podrás realizar mas ejercicios, sin apuros
