Lower Abs Exercise - Online Personal Training 029

Heels to Heaven is an awesome lower abs exercise. The movement performed in this exercise may be small but it sure is mighty!
Keeping your feet stacked above your hips, squeeze your lower abs and lift your hips off the ground. Lift and lower with as much control as you can, really allowing your lower abs to do the work in lifting you up.
For advanced cradle your head in your hands, Intermediate as demonstrated in the video and for beginners with arms extended and hands on the ground.
