Kettlebell Workout - Online Personal Training 028

Want to build lean muscle while burning a ton of calories? This exercise will do just that. Flowing from a back lunge into a single arm + full kettlebell swing You will be working 1 side of your body for all of your reps then completing the equal number of reps/time on the other side. Don't let the weight throw you around, keep your core engaged and take advantage of your free hand to help maintain your balance. This exercise can also be performed by holding onto a single dumbbell if you do not have a kettlebell to use.
