NBA Playoffs are now down to 8 teams! The Semifinal Round is on! we are excited to find out if the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers will face again in the Finals, or some new Teams will dethrone them this post-season. The Warriors are 2nd in the West while the Cavs finished 4th place. The two top teams on each conference are Houston Rockets and Toronto Raptors have a chance to redeem there playoff run from last year.
The Macthups
1 Houston Rockets vs 5 Utah Jazz
The MVP candidate James Harden and the Houston Rockets against the Veteran Rookie! Donavan Mitchell and the Utah Jazz. This series will put Donavan Mitchell to the test as he continue his amazing Rookie year against the James Harden and Chris Pauls Houston Rockets. The Houston Rockets takes game 1 but can the Utah Jazz really compete with the top 1 seed? they may give them a fight but the Houston Rockets is locked in on there mission for the Champion 🏆.
2 Golden State Warriors vs 6 New Orleans Pelicans
The defending Champs looking for another run to the title but the New Orleans Pelicans are on the way. With the return of Stephen Curry it may give the Pelicans a lot of trouble as the GSW take a 2-0 lead against the Pelicans. It could be a clean sweep? or will the Pelicans bounce back with Rondo,Davis and Holiday leading the way.
1 Toronto Raptors vs 4 Cleveland Cavaliers
The King Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers will macthup against the 1st seed Toronto Raptors. Toronto Raptors looking to reverse there fortune as from the last 2 years they have been eliminated by the Cavs year 2016 & 2017 and this year it may be a different ending because the Raptors are the no.1 seed but we cant take Lebron James for granted as he carried the cavs to win a dramatic game 7 first round against the pacers. wether what seed is Lebron James in, he will be a threat in the playoffs as he has 7th straight finals appearance. Can he eliminate Toronto for the 3rd straight year? or will the Raptors dethrone the King?
2 Boston Celtics vs 3 Philadelphia 76ers
Kyrie Irving less Boston Celtics battle it out against the Potential Rookie of the Year Ben Simmons and the 76ers the two team has many aspiring rookies who stepped up to fill in the shoes of the veterans one of them is from the Boston Celtics the Scary Terry! Terry Rozier as he stepped up big time to eliminate the Greek Freak and the Bucks to a dramatic Game 7 in the First Round. Who will advance to the East Finals?
