The NBA player with the most regular season games and no playoff games in history is Tom Van Arsdale with 929 regular season games in 12 seasons.

The current ACTIVE player with the most regular season games and no playoff games is Omri Casspi from the Golden State Warriors , who played so far 524 regular season games in his career without playing in a playoff game. That puts him at the #7 overall in history.
Although Casspi played for The Houston Rocket in the 2013/14 season and the team made it to the playoffs, Casspi never played in a game during these Playoffs.

The 2nd active player with the most regular season games and no playoff games, is Casspi’s former teammate DeMarcus Cousins with 517 regular season games.
