Tom Brady! My Jimmy Garoppolo Rookie Cards Sold on eBay Thanks to You Good Sir!
I posted a couple of Jimmy Garroppolo cards on eBay a few days ago, and they just sold for $53.30! Here is a gander at the actual transaction.
If you are a card collector of old or new, and have some boxes put away from previous years of collecting, take a look through them. You might be surprised what you find. I was in town for the holidays at the parents house, and started rummaging through some old storage sports card boxes, and came upon these gems. Football fans probably already know that the 9er's ended their last 5 games without a defeat, and the X-Factor to their success has been at the quarterback position. Jimmy Garoppolo has been amazing with little time with the offense, and brand new playbook. You can tell he was taking notes playing behind Tom Brady these last 3 years. His winning mentality and leadership qualities have uplifted his team to finish the last 5 games without defeat.
For sports cards the best thing that you can do is strike while the iron is hot. I posted these cards literally 2-3 days ago, and they sold while he was playing today against the Rams. The difference in cards are the first one is a base rookie card, which they print numerous copies of this variation. The second is called a short print variation, which means they print less of this card making it harder to find, and extremely valuable to collectors.
