My training today
The training was short today, but from it not less rigid
All began harmlessly, with easy jogging on the street, approximately 1.5km.
Further the most interesting began:
Squats with a bar on a back of 150 kg on 100 times. And if last time, squatting this weight on 50 times I did not feel it, then today I already on warm-up understood what will be rigid. And it turned out. On a half of a distance I thought to finish, but overcame myself and completed. Time 41 minutes.
Improved 100 strict pullings up (10.41 times) worsened.
