Week 3 Breakdowns

Missiontothemoon vs The Pot Heads

week3matchup1.jpg
Well folks, this is what an ass whoopin looks like. I mean take a look at the totals from The Pot Heads, what utter shit. If he was a half way decent coach, he would have played his bench. I have some hopes for The Pots next week though, he has made some lineup changes that should work out. Missiontothemoon had a lackluster performance for his standards. He could have had a much higher total had he made a few bench changes. But none the less, he is 3-0 and I am 0-3, so who am I to say anything about his coaching.

The Kebab Kings vs Bacchist

week3matchup2.jpg
The Kebab Kings have come firing back with their first victory of the season. And when I mean firing back, I mean boom baby!! Look at his points. The Kebab man put up 231 points total with starters and bench, that may be a record for this season. Had The Kebab man made a few changes on the starting lineup, he would have surpassed 200 points on his starting team. Unfortunately for Bacchist, he took another loss and is now 0-3 It was a tough way to take the 3rd loss, after all his team had a decent showing, but The Kebabs were just too much to handle. Especially when one of your RB is putting up 0 points. Rough loss, but I think Bacchist will bounce back.

Waffles-N-Syrup vs Lucksacks.com

week3matchup3.jpg
This was quite the odd matchup. If you take a look at the teams, neither played that well. Three 30 + point performances is what brought Waffles the victory. Had Lucksacks made a few changes on his lineup, he may have been able to make the match competitive, and even eek out a win. But instead, Lucksacks is now 1-2, and is going to have some work ahead of him to make anything out of this season. If Waffles keeps having stellar games from his core few, he will find himself in contention to win it all this year.

Daut44 vs The Pink Socks

week3matchup4.jpg
Our fourth matchup was another massacre. Daut44 had whopping games from Todd Gurley and Stephen Diggs both putting up 37 points + The Pink Socks could have had a better game had he made some lineup changes, but most likely would still have fallen short. And if were playing 'Monday morning quarterback' then Daut44 also left points to be had on the bench. Luckily it's only week 3, and both franchises have plenty of time to insert themselves into the championship race. I'd keep my eyes on both these teams down the stretch.

Stargate Worlds vs BlitzRix

week3matchup5.jpg
This was quite the disappointing performance from both teams. BlitzRix was able to secure the victory due to a great game from Antonio Brown, and an extremely solid game from Zach Ertz. Both teams have some gaping holes in their lineup that will need to be addressed before it's too late. BlitzRix may have a shot here if he continues to pull out some wins. But I hate to say, the season is already looking like a wrap for Stargate Worlds unless some major changes come to the lineup asap.

Cloud Crushers vs Smokin' Moons

week3matchup6.jpg
Our sixth and final matchup turned out to be sorta lopsided. However, it could have been a lot closer with just a few lineup changes on Cloud Crusher's end. Smokin' Moons had one hell of a game, putting up a cool 147.52 points, AND that is with a total goose egg from Darren McFadden, and NEGATIVE numbers from his defense. Even though Cloud Crushers were handed their first loss, don't sleep on them. In fact i'm pretty sure both these teams will be in the running for the championship if they continue to play the way that have been playing.

Thank you everyone for their time, and stay tuned for a look at the upcoming week 4 matchups. Until then, please take a moment to give thanks to our sponsors.
