Week 6 It's A Wrap

And week 6 has come to end. We had some excellent matches this week, and even a few surprise finishes. Let's dive right in and check out how each of our franchises fared in week 6 of NFL action.

Week 6

Smokin' Moons vs The Potheads

Our first matchup of week 6 ended up being quite one sided. Smokin' Moons put up a smooth 144.52 points, led by TE Rob Gronkowski's beast mode game. That was the Gronk we are used to seeing, and he made it look easy. The Potheads took another loss on the season and have fallen to 2-4. The Potheads WR core just played shit football, and as a result could not help Pothead win his third game of the season.

The Pink Socks vs Bacchist

The second matchup of week 6 was another blow out. The Pink Socks picked up back to back wins and were led by a 36 point monster game from RB Melvin Gordon, and a not too shabby 22 points from the Texans defense. Team Bacchist took another loss on the season. He was led by great games from RB Derrick Henry, and the New York Giants defense. Most everyone else had an abysmal night of football.

Lucksacks vs BlitzRix

The third matchup of week 6 was a super close one. There is not much that can be said about this matchup. BlitzRix sucked out a win with a god like game from kicker Ryan Succop. As for Lucksacks, well they have fallen to 1-5, and with the way their luck is running this season, they should just pack it up and go home.

Daut44 vs Kebab Kings

The fourth matchup of week 6 turned out to be a one sided affair, like many other matchups this week. The Kebab Kings got their third win of the season, led by great games from QB Kirk Cousins, and RB Carlos Hyde. Daut44 took another loss this season and is basically done. No way he can garner up a win with multiple players in 0 figures.

Waffles-N-Syrup vs Stargate Worlds

And of course, why should our fifth matchup of week 6 be any different than the rest. That's right, another blow out. Waffles crushed Stargate Worlds by more than 50 points. They were led by an outstanding game from veteran WR Larry Fitzgerald who put up a massive 27.80 points. Waffles-N-Syrup also received much assistance from the Baltimore Ravens defense. Stargate Worlds had a lackluster game. Only players who really bothered to show up was RB Jerick McKinnon who put up 24.90 points, and TE Cameron Brate who showed up with 19.60 points. The rest of his team was useless.

Cloud Crushers vs MissiontotheMoon

And as if you didn't already know, the sixth and final matchup of week 6 was also a one sided match. Cloud Crushers ran away with the show and was led by the 26 point performance from Marvin Jones. In fact, he had one spectacular catch that was super highlight worthy. Missiontothemoon was sadly handed their first loss of the season. And that was due in large part to QB Aaron Rogers being knocked out of the game with a broken collar bone.
