Steem Fantasy Football League # 1 - Week 6 Matchup Previews

Week 6 Is Underway

The Steem Fantasy Football League is trucking away as is the NFL. We are entering week 6 now and the fantasy league has one undefeated team with MissiontotheMoon, and the NFL with the K.C. Chiefs. The league has six action packed matches setup for the weekend. Let's dive in and take a look at the matches in depth.

Week 6 Matchup Previews

Smokin' Moons vs The Pot Heads

The 4-1 Smokin Moons will be up against the 2-3 Pot Heads in our first matchup of week 6. The Moons will be relying heavily on their star RB Devonta Freeman to put up some big points for the game. He will need to have the best game of the season if he is to pick up the slack of QB Russell Wilson, who is expecting a 0 point performance. The Pot Heads are coming off back to back wins, and are looking for the momentum to carry them to through to another win. Some of their players are on bye this week, so it is not a guaranteed big time performance. This game may turn out to be close.

Prediction: Smokin' Moons 101.62 - The Pot Heads 118.13

The Pink Socks vs Bacchist

Our second matchup is looking like it may be a run away. The Pink Socks are looking to improve to 4-2 with a win. They will be looking for a third back to back beast mode game from rookie sensation DeShaun Watson to carry them over. He has been unstoppable lately and is facing the Cleveland Browns next. Bacchist is sitting at 1-4 and looking for any kind of spark in this season. He will try to get his second win by sticking with his main QB Eli Manning. Something will have to give, otherwise the Giants will lose their sixth in a row, and take down team Bacchist with them.

Prediction: The Pink Socks 134.39 - Bacchist 94.83

Lucksacks vs BlitzRix

Our third matchup of week 6 is going to be one exciting match. Lucksacks will be trying to snap their four game losing streak, and is resorting to team mind fucking to get his second win. When ask what he told the team to prepare, his response was "We have to play within ourselves." What he means, only he knows. And maybe his players. BlitzRix will be playing for their fourth win of the season, and will be counting on a huge game from QB Drew Brees. Let's see if he still has it in him...

Prediction: Lucksacks 130.87 vs BlitzRix 139.16

Daut44 vs The Kebab Kings

Our fourth matchup of week six, is a intra-divisional game between Daut44 (2-3) and Kebab King (2-3). Both teams have preformed worse than expected. This week Daut44 will most likely be handed his fourth loss of the season if three of his players remain at 0 expected points. The Kebab King will be counting on QB Kirk Cousins and the KC Def to wrap up his third win and salvage the season. If nothing changes with the player point expectations, this may be a blow out match.

Prediction: Daut44 80.92 vs The Kebab Kings 110.45

Waffles-N-Syrup vs Stargate Worlds

We have two teams with a 2-3 record up against one another in our fifth matchup of week 6. Waffles will be standing behind his ace QB Tom Brady, and veteran WR Larry Fitzgerald to score enough points for a win. Both players will have to do their part and more if they want to over come the 0 points expected from WR Devante Parker. Stargate Worlds is coming of an upset win in week 5 and will be trying for his second straight with QB Alex Smith...who has played some stellar football this season. Alex Smith will also have to play beyond anybodies expectations if Stargate wants to overcome the 0 points WR Brandon Lafell is planning on bringing to the table.

Prediction: Waffles-N-Syrup 113.43 - Stargate Worlds 93.21

Cloud Crushers vs MissiontotheMoon

And with our sixth and final matchup of week 6, we have saved the best for last. This should be an exciting, action packed matchup. We have the 3-2 Cloud Crushers who will be counting on another huge game from RB Kareem Hunt. He was held in check by the Houston Texans defense last week. This week Hunt will be up against the Steelers defense who hasn't particularly played all that well this season. MissiontotheMoon will look to stay undefeated on the season and improve to 6-0. If they want to pull out the win, the entire team will have to play better than expected. I for one will be watching this match closely.

Prediction: Cloud Crushers 134.74 - MissiontotheMoon 128.24
