STEEM Cup Series: 2017 Championship Results
All of the points have been tallied and we have our first season champion for the inaugural STEEM Cup Series!
But first, let’s take a look at the last week and the final monthly results. The final week was a tight race with the smallest margins possible between the top contestants.

The totals in parentheses are the true totals after all calculations and those point values are used for weekly placement. The rounded totals are used for monthly and season calculations.
The total pot for the weekly contest was 11 SBD. The 1st place contestant received 5.5 SBD, the 2nd place contestant received 3.3 SBD, and the 3rd place contestant received 2.2 SBD. You can find the proof of payouts in my Steem wallet.

There was no surprise about who was going to win the title coming into the final race. All @freebornangel had to do was make his unique driver selections and he was virtually guaranteed the win. Special thanks to him and to everyone else who played for the entire season. I appreciate the support and I hope you enjoyed the contest. I’ll do my best to make improvements going forward.

Hi there @ats-david, i believe that the three drivers i picked for the ford ecoboost 400 finished in first, second and third place, and so i thought that this would place me in the winners circle, could you please recheck the results. I picked martin treux jr, kyle busch and kyle larson. Thanks
Yes, those were your driver selections but @antv had already made those same picks. As a result, you were not eligible for any of the awarded bonus points given to those with unique driver combinations.
