Overview:
With the huge growth in the investments in Global sports economy, it is trying to uplift the investments in sports-related start-ups by venture capitals and private equities. Nowadays VC investments in the sports are trending due to technology enhancements.

SportVEST is bringing the VC into the sports industry by using tokenization model, which allows investors to invest in blockchain and non-blockchain start-ups, it gives some proportionated amount of fund portfolios to the token holders.
Its objective is to invest in the sport companies who are already using blockchain technology and who want use blockchain in future and companies that emerge as visionaries in the sporting space.
Its funding strategy is based on the pareto principle i.e. 80-20 rule, 80% of the funds are invested in who have product or revenue and remaining 20% of the funds are invested in early stage companies.

Blockchain Usage in VC:
SportVEST is using blockchain for the venture capitals to increase the shelf life of funds and to increase the more liquidity. blockchain is immutable. Its funding transactions are distributed in a node which ensures un alterability of transactions and its tokenization will diversify the investment portfolios.
Blockchain based advanced portfolios will eliminate the human biasness and its valuation is completely done by the programming called brand equity algorithm.

• Roadmap is clear, it has mentioned their goals to be achieved till 2020
• It is partnered with CloudFlare, ICO Crowd, Beyond Sports Network Foundation and Identity Mind Global.
• Advisors are experienced in different fields like economics, finance, sports management, fintech etc.

Cons:
• Social media hype is poor, its telegram community has only 103 members as of now (at the time of writing)
• Whitepaper explained in complex language, it is little bit difficult to understand for an average investor
• Only two advisors are there for this project
• No sports industry experience for the both the core team and advisory team.
• MVP of the project is not available
