Podcast: The Amateur Society – Bread, Circuses, And Political Overload – 09.26.2017

The uproar in the land of the free and the home of the brave took another interesting turn over the weekend as the White House is apparently now fighting wars against the NFL and NBA in addition to battling North Korea, the Deep State / Shadow Government, and the obsolete media. The fall is upon us, and once again we have a worldview divide manifesting in two completely different versions of reality. Will this, like so many twists before it, pass into the misty memories of confirmation bias or should we expect to see significant, lasting effects? What would the consequences be if a meaningful portion of Americans became disillusioned with their bread and circuses because of the encroachment of politics? How should we view this dynamic as it unfolds?
