- It was heartbreaking to see Juventus lose to Real Madrid after they made an impressive comeback from 3 - 0 deficit in the first leg . Juventus deserved to win the match but as we all know which teams Uefa favors .Refs could not save barcelona this time but they saved another big one . When will we see the influence of these football clubs go down . It is totally unfair to fans . I can't even imagine what Juventus fans are going through right now . Teams prepare for entire year to win Champions League . There is very thin line between winning and losing and referral decisions plays one of the most influential part in it . I hope football will be played fairly in the future .

Really controversial for the referee. But the result can't be changed, Juventus put up a good fight. Hopefully VAR will be added to the Champions League to prevent such cases from happening again. ~@soccernews

Does real madrid deserve to be in the quarter finals? Yes, they absolutely do. There was a clear fowl on Lucas Vazquez by the centre back and there is no football rule that says a ref cannot award a P.K in the dying minutes of such intense games. Buffon should have been less emotional and more sportsmanly as well.
