Running is one of the simplest types of sports, not difficult and does not cost much. Enough with a pair of sports shoes (or not at all alias icing) we can surround a nice place or trail to be a place to run.
If sports run a regular sport, then we will benefit from running in everyday life. Running a small jungle in the open air has more benefits that are sometimes ignored.
