It's for sure really cool but not sure what your knee, hip and ankle joints are going to be like in middle age. I played football and as a child of the 50's I'm feeling it now! :) That stuff makes football look like a day at the beach!

I bet jumping from a three stories roof on concrete is not healthy at all! :) But nobody start with such massive jump. You start little and get your body to know. With the time you know what you are capable of and what not. Nonetheless you are right. Some already have problems with ankles etc. with an early age
