Indoor Rock Climbing (video).
30 minutes from the busy city center of Bangkok is Rock Domain. This was my second visit here, but this time we went early and had the whole place to ourselves.
There were plenty of climbing routes for mixed abilities and staff on standby ready to assist. All equipment can be rented there and basic training is given.
There are lower bouldering walls at the back that offer some fun climbs- all will big crash pads in case you fall- which happened a lot!
If you have some spare time in Bangkok, this is a great place to go.

It so is- There were a few little kids there too- like spiders running up the walk- amazing
