New year resolution day 2
I started an abs challenge yesterday and this is my second day. I never ever finish a 30 days challenge in this life. I failed myself in many ways but mainly in sport resolutions :D I decided to go for the crunches, because I always hate them since I remember. I am trying to cheat on my brain to pass the 30 days by imposing on it not only something useful and great for health, but something hard and difficult to embrace.
I had tried with love and I had no success to reach the 30ths day ever. I tried to offer myself carrots for everyday that I marked on the calendar and still did not pass 20thiest. Well now hate will be my medicine. I hate abs crunches, no worry I ever fall in love with them, but I decided to hate them every day even more for 30 days. Let's the horror begin, second day already completed my hurdle :D

Good luck, lovely! I also have trouble sticking to challenges, so I totally feel you :) I'm starting a push-ups/squats one to keep you company!
Great, see you at home with my new hopefully flat abs between 12-16 :P
:)))
Good luck with the challenge! I never finished a challenge either until April 2017 where me and some friends did a squat challenge - it gave great results so I'd really advice you to go through with it! :-)
Today was my first gym day in 2018. Lets get that summer body :D
Goooooood luck! As someone who just finished a 30 day challenge remember to be kind to yourself and know that the days you expect to be easy might not be, and the days that you’re dreadig may end up being some of the best- take it one day at a time 💕you got this ;)
Always remember, whether you think you "Can or Can't" you're right. Believing is Seeing. Also, instead of telling yourself that you're doing an "Ab challenge" tell yourself that you want to improve your health all around. Turn this into a lifestyle change and not just one single focus. ex, Instead of me saying "I want to gain or lose weight" I'm going to focus on also improving my sleep, diet, discipline etc, which will all translate into an improvement in multiple areas as well. Love the process and as long as theirs always positive growth, don't become discouraged when you're not moving at the same pace as the next person. You're in control!!
I do appreciate your advise, but I did tried all you said. Sometimes personal development shit is not working. I believe in the power on irony above all :))
Haha I also had same resolution but as always it's just resolution that yet is not implemented :)....I got motivation from your post will try to go to gym!! @teodora
Good luck! Hope you continue to share your journey!
