Villarreal won 2-0 at Valladolid, on Thursday, in the 36th round of the La Liga.

Gerrard Moreno opened the scoring in the 68th minute of the match and Ethin Coupe added the second goal in the 90th + 1 minute.

With this loss, the situation of Valladolid, who struggles to escape the relegation, worsened and ranks 18th with 31 points.

On the other hand, Villarreal raised its score to 55 points in seventh place, one point away from Real Sociedad, sixth-placed, qualified to play in the European League.
