Volkswagen Motorsport continues with testing of their R5 product - this time test was in mud of Wales.
Test drivers were ex-works VW driver R. Baumschlager (I had a chance to watch him alive when he was driving European Rally Champiosnhip with Red Bull sponsored Ford Escort Cosworth back in 1993) and WRC2 champion Tidemand.
F-X Demaison (ex Gronholm's and Solberg's engineer) is still VW's technical director and he deserves a glory because VW Polo WRC ruled the world of rallying last 4 years (until 2016).
We will see the real potential of the car when they start to compete on real rallies.

Quite the way to test it! While it would be fun to drive like that, it's not very typical of me :P
