Rally shunt of the weekend - Pellier Laurent and his Peugeot 208 T16 R5

What is the feeling when you destroy 200 000€ worth rally car? I don't know. I only crashed much cheaper rally cars but it's terrible for sure.

Very expensive rally cars have a special insurance which is also very expensive. You must give to a renter a fee of around 25000€ before the start of the rally.

So, if you crash it until the damage is worth 25k€, they will repair from that money.

If the damage is more then 25k€, insurance will cover it.

Ant that's only if you rent the rally car. If you own that expensive rally car, you must cover it by yourself. And also organize everything by yourself.

I know a lot about rallying and it's not that simple.

And when you crash the car, you can only sit and be strong not to cry :D Yeah, that's the spirit.

So, the Frenchman Pellier Laurent today destroyed his Peugeot 208 T16 R5 and I guess his entry wasn't the factory one. That was it from him for this weekend.
