Another grandslam winning tournament for a Czech couple. It was clear at the start of the final that the Czech Republic would be happy to win the Wimbledon women's doubles. The final against each other was the pair of Barbora Krejcikova and Kateřina Siniaková and against them the Czech legend Květa Peschkeová, who plays in pair with the American Melicharová.

The match was moved from the All England Club Central Court to No. 1. This did not bother the Czech couple and thanks to the break he got the introductory set 6: 4. In the second set of Czech players, they quickly lost 1: 4 and it seemed that the set would not last long. Siniak with Krejcik succeeded with 4: 4 thanks to improved performance. That was all in their turn in the second set and it ended with the victory of the Czech-American pair 6: 4.
In the third set the balanced game completely changed. Czech players did not compete on the court and gave their opponents a canary. Květa Peschke threw the forhend return out of the court in the last ball, and the Czech pair Siakova and Krejcik could start enjoying the second grandslam's profit in a row. After losing to Roland Garros in Paris, London also conquered.
