Australian Open... First day results. Dimitrov, Nadal, Kyrgios to proceed. No surprises at all, top seeders advance.

First day of the Australian Open 2018 is in the history and all the seed-ers managed to grab victories.
Dimitrov was very confident and did not leave any chances to his opponent Dennis Novak [Aus] with a three-set-win [6-3;6-2;6-1]
Rafa also did great, giving only 3 games to his opponent Victor Estrella [Esp]. He scored [6-1;6-1;6-1]... Bang!
The champion from Brisbane - Nick Kyrgios did not have any problems with Rogerio Dutra Silva, so he also advanced to the second round.
The only disappointing loss is on Jack Sock's behalf, losing to the Japanese Yuichi Sugita, hwo made an excellent job in his opener.

Of course the first days, or maybe the first week of the Grand Slam tournaments is a little bit boring, but the battle is just beginning.
What will the second day present to us? Will there be some surprises? We will see.
One thing is sure. The tennis world is very excited about the opening Grand Slams tournament for 2018.
