There has been no offer from Arsenal for Riyad Mahrez

Arsenal are reportedly interested in bringing Riyad Mahrez from Leicester City has not made an official offer. The Foxes coach, Craig Shakespeare, confirmed this.
Shakespeare knew about Mahrez's wish to leave Leicester. However, he stated that there is no admission offer from any club so players and clubs should be able to be professional as long as they are still under contract.
"We have to understand Riyad's interest but when he is tied to the club, and when we do not accept offers for him, where indeed we have not accepted the offer, he must be professional and we have to be professional.He has to be fully committed here and I hope he knows it , "Shakespeare told Sky Sport News.
"But we have to consider the offer that goes in. We do not know the value and we do not know about the offer until the offer comes," he explained.
