Back to training - Acroyoga

Hello dear Steemit community!

We had a month long break from our daily training because we were quite busy performing lately. But, yesterday was the first day that we went back to our circus gym to start again! We're very thankful and lucky that we have a place where we can train everyday - the 2 circus gyms of AKC (autonomous cultural center) Medika in Zagreb. The name of this space is DZIU Medika (performing arts hall Medika), and there are various circus skills that people from our small circus community train here. Aerial acrobatics like trapeze (Diana, pretending to be a bat :))..

..tissue and aerial ring, juggling, hula hooping, partner acrobatics, we have it all! :) Some time soon I'll make a post about the space itself, but now, back to our training. We had some time with our props, and made a few handstands..

..but we mainly focused on the acroyoga training, because this weekend we're going to Graz, Austria, to lead workshops for the schoolkids there. So, in the spirit of that, we filmed a short acroyoga routine on a basic level to share it with all of you guys here. We'll be filming more routines and training with props on different levels, and this is the first video for Steemit:
