I'm glad to hear that. Unfortunately, I do not have time now, but I did that some time ago
Are you sure? I have two small children, a big house to maintain and a work at 50 minutes from my home. I do not have time either, but I try sure to take it ;-) Either I get up early or I run on lunch time. Try it you will feel stronger and more joyful 😉
