Hi everyone, the biggest part of population faced with the problem of excess weight and made crazy actions to come through this trouble. So in this post i want to share my experience in trainings and really hope that i'll be usefull for u! So, we are going to start.

First one i'm going to share - u shouldn't eat something after 6pm -FALSE, ur question - stop destroying food nearly 4 hours before sleeping. Example: u go to bed at 11pm , if u ate sonething at 6pm last time, u'll be hungry before sleeping, and ur body will create more fats structures to protect u from hungriness, as a result - ur fat percent in body is going to increase!

Second theme of this post is a salt! U can hear a lot of information about : TO LOSE WEIGHT - EXCLUDE SALT ! False- the main function of salt in our body - to keep the balance of water . When u stop eating salt - u lose essential water in our organism and destroy water-salt balance.
