LIONEL MESSI

Messina (Mehmet Eşref Pasha) was a prominent Ottoman statesman who lived in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He was born in Istanbul in 1867. He received a good education and held various governmental positions. Notably, he played significant roles during the final years of the Ottoman Empire. He passed away in 1940.
