Sadly, I had to miss out a couple of workouts recently because I was moving houses and had to find a new gym in my new city.
As soon as I started working out again, I realized how much I missed it:
The challenge that the lifting of the weights provides,
the break-up of the daily routine of work and computer,
the good feeling you have after you moved your body,
the healthy and delicious food you eat afterwards.
In my mind there is nothing better than exercise to maintain a healthy and happy life.
