Bodybuilding posing principles
Posing well and in a right ways is very important to win in a competition.
You need to show judges your talent 100 percent. However, it s not easy and it depends training well with experts many times for many days to become a master poser.
Here are some great poses:
1Front Double Bicep Pose:
A standard pose in which both sets of biceps and the abdominals are flexed, while a competitor is inforont of judges.
2Front Lat Spread Pose:
This is in general the second position,It allows you to display lat width from the front, chest thickness, shoulder width, front arm and forearm size, quadriceps mass and separation, and calf development from the front.
3Side Chest Pose:
With this pose place your legs in the same manner as the side chest pose. Now place your hands behind the body and grasp the wrist. Take a deep breath to fill and elevate the chest and roll the shoulder back. At the same time squeeze the arm, tricep against the body to both flatten and add size to its appearance. Practise rotating the arm in different directions which will create differing tensions to the various muscles of your arm. Choose the angle that makes the arm most muscular.
Your aim is to make the whole picture as muscular as possible. Also try tilting your hips higher on the side facing the judges.
4Side Tricep Pose:
The side triceps pose displays your triceps, especially your lateral triceps head, from the side of your choice.
You ought to rotate your body a little toward one side and then the other to allow all the judges to get a good view of your side triceps pose. It also displays shoulder and chest size, side forearm development, thigh separation, and calf development, all again from the side.
5Rear Double Bicep Pose
Feet position is the same on lat pose, Make sure your rear foot is pointed outwards at approximately 25 degree angle, and that your knee follows in the same direction. This will allow your quad sweep to be visible from the back, and your whole lower body will look bigger.
Once the lower body is in place, it is easy to follow with the upper body. Simply strike a biceps pose, and make sure to rotate your hands to the back as far as they can go. Lean back slightly – only slightly, while sticking out and flexing your glutes.
6Rear Lat Spread Pose:
The rear lat spread conveys the width of your lats from the rear, thickness of your trapezius muscles, size of your arms from the rear, glute development and definition, hamstrings size and separation, and rear calf musculature.
7Abdominal & Thigh Pose
Put your hand on your head, one step in front with only 1 foot, make sure to flex your quads and calves at the sametime with your abs and obliques.
