congrats.. its a great discovery! i also discovered it two months ago.. i NEVER ran before.. suddenly my whole day was lifted after a 20 minute session.. i stopped now as i live on the mountains.. but ur RIGHT.. i should get back in to it.. it feels SO good (afterwards ;-)) xx]
Oh yes, only 20 to 30 minutes and I am high :) Living in the mountains provides great places to run, you are lucky 💚
