Squatting
The Squats are very effective in combating cellulite . Stand with your back straight and your legs hip-width apart. Stretch your arms straight forward and lower by bending your knees, then go up to the starting position. Make several sets of 15 repetitions .
Strides
One leg flexed in front and the other stretched back. Place your hands on your waist, lower and climb 15 times . Then, change your leg and do the same exercise . Make several series with rest between them. This exercise is called stride and helps fight cellulite .
Hip lifts
Lying on your back (with your back resting on the floor or on a mat) and your legs bent and arms stretched close to your body. Elevate the hip, keep it up for a few seconds and then lower again. Perform about 15 repetitions and several series.
