Big Bash League Betting Tips - BBL07 Predictions for Match 4 & 5
The BBL07 continues through this week as we see the Adelaide Strikers host the Sydney Thunder and Sydney Sixers play the Perth Scorchers.

At the time of writing, just the first game of the BBL07 is complete and what a start it was to the tournament. A Sydney derby that went right down to the wire with the Thunder surprising the Sixers and winning me some money with my tips for the first game here.
The action will now move to the Adelaide Oval where the Strikers host the Thunder in the fourth game of the tournament. What do I make of this?
It is a reasonably high-scoring ground in Australia, behind the Gabba, Bellerive Oval and the Etihad Stadium, which means I would be looking at over 160.5 runs scored in the first innings of the game here. Also the highest Individual score of over 62.5 looks par for the course at this ground.

In the next game, the Sixers will look to overturn their defeat in the opening game when they take on the tough challenge of the defending champions Scorchers. The evenness of the contest can be seen from the fact that bookmakers are offering similar odds for either side winning, but the Scorchers lead the head-to-head 7-3, including a tie that had gone in favour of Perth.
Runs at the SCG are scored at more than 7.5 an over, but it's interesting to note that the Sixers have found it tough to touch seven an over against the Scorchers at any ground. The Scorchers have themselves not scored too quickly at the SCG making it another ground where you could look at under scores.

Good bets again. I like both home teams here. Adelaide will be favourites but Thunder were unconvincing first up and too reliant on Watto. Sixers to bounce back against a slow starting Perth. Will be interesting to see if Johnson plays and is fit.
