England vs Slovakia: 3 big points which will make or break this fixture If England win Monday Night’s fixture

 Gareth Southgate and his men would have qualified for the group stages of the World Cup! Today we will discuss the make and break talking points of tomorrow night’s match.

 Team selection

• England lacked creativity from the wings against Malta during the first half.  
• Raheem Sterling and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain kept coming inside overcrowding the midfield instead stead of stretching the play.
• Rashford should defiantly start over one of the two when he came on was electric, pace, skill and end product.  
• Danny Welbeck also tuned in with a fine display grabbing a goal late on with a beautifully timed chip. 
• Jake Livermore is likely to be dropped instead Eric Dier taking his place which is a defensive move. 
• However Livermore didn’t seem to have the cutting edge quality going forward that England fans like so it will be unlike that he is missed very much.  
• Dier is solid in the holding roll allowing Henderson to move forward, his over the top balls are pretty good too. 

Harry Kane 

• Undoubtedly England’s best player and with 5 goals in his last 3 performances for England he is a pivotal part of the team.  
• If Kane plays badly he normally gets a goal, if he plays well he normally gets 3 that’s how good he is.  
• Could have had more than two goals and an assist in the Malta game, the goal pulled off an exceptional save from a header in the first half to deny Kane. 
• Good news for England that August is over and Kane has broken his duck after being goalless in what is being known as dry August for him. 
• Bar a slow start Kane has scored 30+ goals a season for club and country in the last 3 years running.

Do or die time for England 

• Slovakia are England’s toughest opponents in their qualifying group on paper only winning 1-0 in the reverse fixture 
• It took Sam Allardyce’s men over 90 minutes before they found a late break through  
• They have won their last 5 games on the bounce  
• A defeat for England would put Slovakia into top spot and they will gain automatic qualification instead of England 
• The Lads must put in a more fluid and higher tempo performance than the one they showed against Malta to ensure top spot tomorrow night
